70B03C24R00000025 – Southwest Border Food Services – 3 Regional IDIQ Contracts

AMENDMENT TWO – Questions and Answers Document

NOTE: The below questions were received timely but missed by the Government.

1. Question: Will the government please indicate whether or not the menu, menu certification, and representations and certifications are included in the 20 page Technical and Management Approach limitation?

Response: The Offeror Representations and Certifications, as required by Section IV.10, clause 52.212-3 of the Solicitations and Provisions document, is not included in the 20 page Technical and Management Approach limitation. Reps and Certs should be a separate attachment in accordance with the clause requirements.

2. Question: The Tucson pricing XLS only allows for offerors to insert pricing into the <50 meals and the 10-100 meals sections for children, but not the 101-500 or the <500 meals sections - is this intentional?

Response: Yes.

3. Question: Will the government please provide the estimated frequency that meal requests will exceed 101 meals per mealtime per Sector? Will the government please provide the estimated frequency that meal requests will exceed 500 meals per mealtime per Sector?

Response: The requirements for meals are dynamic and providing estimated frequencies of the number of meals for any category is impracticable. Please use the required Pricing Sheets to submit pricing for the categories and within the values indicated, for price evaluation purposes.

4. Question: Will individual Task Orders be issued per sector or per station?

Response: Task Orders will be issued against awarded IDIQ contracts in accordance with the requirements of the locations within the IDIQ contract. Once the IDIQ is in place, Task Orders may consolidate locations or be awarded for a single location at a time, depending on the needs and in accordance with the requirements of the Government.
