there are 232 items on the inventory sheet that are not associated with a specific building on the Line Item Detail spreadsheet. They are as follows:
Equipment List BU
# Items on Equipment List
Notes
TX0021 56 TX0021 is listed as a BE, with two Bus – TX8841 and TX8893.
There is no associated BU with these items on the Equipment Listing
TX0074 11 TX0074 is listed as BE, w/4 BU’s: TX2600, TX2601, TX14918 and
TX15999
TX0216 4 TX0216 is listed as BE, e/6 BU’s: TX15214, TX7361, TX8842, TX8846, TX8862 and TX9168
TX15953 5 The Equipment list shows this associated with BE TX0426, which has TX8853 as the BU, not TX15953.
TX18046 165 This may be a typo, there is a BU on the Line Item Detail sheet that is TX18406 associated with BE TX11621. Just need clarification which one is correct.
If you could just let me know for the 1st 4 items which of the Buildings they would be associated with and the correct BU for the last item
1) For the equipment associated with BE, TX0021, reflect the price with TX0021/TX8841 on the line item detail
2) For the equipment associated with BE, TX0074, reflect the price with TX0074/TX2600 on the line item detail
3) For the equipment associated with BE, TX0216, reflect the price with TX0216/TX15214 on the line item detail sheet
4) TX15593 is in fact a BU, but the price still needs to be reflected with TX0426/TX8853 on the line item detail sheet as noted.
5) TX8406 is a BU and is a typo on the line item detail sheet. It should read TX8046. Equipment pricing associated with TX8406 or TX8046 should be reflected with TX11621/TX8046 on the line item detail sheet as noted.
The line items associated with Carrizo Springs BPS TX0156-TX15420 has been deleted and the line items associated with Carrizo Springs AMF (Helipad) TX0156- TX15420 shall be the only one utilized. Attachment 1A and Attachment 3 have been updated.
I am curious as to why this bid is titled East Texas Preventative Maintenance Program when the majority of the facility locations are in South Texas? I just want to be sure I am not missing something and I am pricing the quote correctly for S TX and not E TX.
CBP created the name for the East Texas Region based on the locations which are identified in the RFP.
TX15420 is listed twice on the Line Item Detail sheet, once beginning on line 91 in the Del Rio (BPFTI) Regional Location, as the Fuel Tank and the second time on line 267 in the Carrizo Springs (AMF) Regional Location, Jet Fuel Tank. It is difficult to determine which of the equipment list items are for which location. There are a total of 11 items in question for this BU. Below is a table of the items in the Equipment list, with the Cell number referenced in the first column for your reference:

Numbers stated in current equipment list are accurate. There is no BU TX10587L as it was changed to TX0064. There were 3 pieces of equipment affected by that change. The comment “TX10587L (NO Equipment listed in A2 Eqp list)” is unclear.
Amendment #2 changed BU TX10587L to TX0064.
we noticed there are buildings in the price schedule that are not in the asset inventory. As we prepare our bid, can you please provide guidance on how to accurately reflect this?
The equipment inventory identified in attachment 1B reflects our most comprehensive list of equipment. That equipment shall be subjected to Preventive maintenance as described in the Performance Work Statement. Attachment 1A identifies all the buildings and locations that are covered on this contract. In some cases, for instance a leased building, our maintenance and repair responsibilities may be limited. For example a vehicle lift. For the purposes of the solicitation, vendors should bid on the lists as they are shown.
