In addition, the letter will include the company’s information including mane of company (include any DBA names); headquarters and parent company locations; and brief history of the company; Company’s mailing address, contact person, telephone number for primary contact person, and email address; and a principal or officer of the company authorized to execute contracts or other similar documents on the firm’s behalf must sign the letter.

Consideration will be given to how well the design supports passenger comfort, operational efficiency, wayfinding, and the overall aesthetic of the Airport’s holdroom area. Proposals shall demonstrate thoughtful space planning, appropriate use of materials and finishes, and alignment with a modern airport terminal environment.
Innovative solutions that enhance passenger experience, improve durability in high-traffic environments, or optimize space utilization will receive higher scores.
C. (Tab C) Experience on Similar Airport/Public Projects: Each proposal shall include the proposer’s demonstrated experience in successfully completing projects of similar scope and complexity, particularly within airport terminals, transportation facilities, or other high-traffic public-use environments. Emphasis will be placed on past performance involving furniture procurement, layout design, and installation in operationally sensitive environments where phasing, coordination, and minimal disruption are critical.
