About this file

This document is a Rate Sheet Exhibit for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services issued by the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Service County Authority (SCA) in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The contract opportunity seeks proposals from providers to deliver comprehensive substance use treatment services across four county regions: Western, North Central, Central, and Eastern. Providers must offer three core services (Clinical Outpatient Services, Case Management, and Recovery Support Services) along with potential specialty services, targeting county residents including adults and adolescents aged 11-21 requiring substance use treatment.

The rate sheet details 28 distinct service codes with specific reimbursement rates, ranging from $22 for a urine drug screen to $1,007.93 for a Vivitrol medication dose. Notable rates include $90 per hour for individual therapy, $225 for psychiatric evaluations, and $486.17 for monthly methadone maintenance. The document includes specific invoicing guidelines, such as prorated billing for certain services based on session duration or program participation, and stipulates limitations on service hours and frequencies. Providers must align with Montgomery County's recovery-oriented principles and demonstrate the ability to comprehensively serve the specified target population across all designated regions.
