About this file

This document is a Health Department Addendum to Montgomery County Standard Terms and Conditions for an electronic contract, specifically related to a Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services request for proposal (RFP) in Pennsylvania. The solicitation seeks providers to deliver comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) services across four county regions for eligible adults and adolescents aged 11-21. The core services required include Clinical Outpatient Services (Intensive Outpatient/Outpatient), Case Management, and Recovery Support Services, with optional specialty services specific to each region.

The addendum emphasizes critical contractual provisions including strict confidentiality requirements for client information, compliance with mental health regulations, and prohibition of human experimentation without explicit authorization. Providers must demonstrate alignment with Montgomery County's recovery-oriented principles and must offer all three core services in any region they apply to serve. While specific funding amounts are not detailed in this document, the contract appears to be county-funded and focused on providing comprehensive treatment and support services for individuals with substance use disorders across different regional settings.
