7. Attachment A - State of Colorado Observed Holidays 2024-2025.pdf

Attachment A is an official document from the State of Colorado listing the observed state holidays for the fiscal years 2024-2025. The document details 12 holidays that will be observed by state government agencies, including Labor Day (September 2, 2024), Mother Cabrini Day (October 7, 2024), Veterans Day (November 11, 2024), Thanksgiving (November 28, 2024), Christmas (December 25, 2024), New Year's Day (January 1, 2025), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 20, 2025), Presidents Day (February 17, 2025), Memorial Day (May 26, 2025), Juneteenth (June 19, 2025), and Independence Day (July 4, 2025).

The holiday schedule is directly related to the Colorado Department of Corrections' Canteen Services solicitation, which suggests that these holidays may impact operational timelines, service delivery, and potential contract performance periods for the Household Items - Canteen procurement. The document provides critical information for vendors and contractors to understand state government operating schedules, which could affect project timelines, delivery expectations, and workforce planning for the correctional industries canteen service program.
