About this file
This document is a public notice from the Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services announcing the intent to award a contract following a solicitation process. The notice indicates that vendor responses have been evaluated according to the stated criteria, and the intended awardee can be found in accompanying award documentation and on the public website. Vendors are explicitly instructed not to begin work, purchase materials, or enter into subcontracts until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing and General Services have signed the contract or received an executed purchase order.
The notice emphasizes that the award notification does not constitute a contract, and only a signed contract or executed purchase order will formalize the agreement. Vendors are reminded that they have seven days from the issuance of this notice to submit any protests to the Procurement Officer, which must be in writing and clearly identify the solicitation and the nature of the protest. The Division of Purchasing and General Services will contact the awarded vendors via phone or email with next steps, and they express gratitude to all vendors for their time and effort in preparing responses to the solicitation.
