About this file

This document is an accessibility compliance attachment for a contract between the University of Texas at Austin and a contractor for brand infrastructure and implementation services for Dell Medical School. The attachment establishes the contractor's responsibility to ensure that all electronic and information resources (EIRs) provided under the agreement comply with applicable Texas accessibility requirements, specifically 1 TAC Chapter 213 and 1 TAC 206.70. The contractor must warrant that all associated documentation and support materials meet these accessibility standards and must cooperate fully with any accessibility testing conducted by the University or its designated third-party testing resources.

If the contractor becomes aware that the EIRs do not comply with accessibility requirements, the contractor must, at no cost to the University, either remediate the deficiencies or replace the non-compliant resources with compliant alternatives. Should the contractor fail or be unable to remedy accessibility issues within a reasonable timeframe, the University may terminate the agreement and require the contractor to refund all payments made within thirty days of termination. This provision ensures that the University's brand infrastructure deliverables will be accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2054 and related administrative rules.
