About this file

This Scope of Work document outlines the deliverables for Brand Infrastructure and Implementation Services for Dell Medical School, a project issued by the University of Texas at Austin. The University seeks a qualified design partner to deliver enterprise brand infrastructure and implementation services across three phases. Phase 1 involves translating existing brand guidelines into scalable, implementation-ready systems, including the development of enterprise template architecture and design systems that comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Phase 2 encompasses the development of production-ready templates and materials aligned to organizational needs across academic, clinical, and operational contexts, including core collateral (business cards, letterhead, email signatures, slide decks), marketing and communications materials (flyers, brochures, rack cards, social media templates), digital and email templates (HTML email variants for newsletters, appeals, and campaigns), patient communications, donor communications, web components, signage, and environmental materials. Phase 3 focuses on brand adoption, training, and enablement, requiring the development of a centralized brand rollout toolkit, comprehensive training programs with role-based modules and recorded sessions, and a brand adoption framework with defined success metrics.

The project explicitly excludes campaign-based ongoing services and requires all deliverables to be production-ready and compatible with key platforms including Epic, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft 365, and Canva. The contractor must establish regular review cycles with Brand and Creative Services stakeholders, define template usage tiers (self-service and guided-use), and provide step-by-step documentation and user guides. No pricing information, contract term, response deadlines, or award dates are specified in this Scope of Work document. The solicitation represents a fixed-scope engagement focused on infrastructure development and enablement rather than recurring marketing or design services.
