The first event is the 2026 Education Symposium scheduled for September 22, 2026, expecting up to 225 attendees with overnight accommodations for 35 guests on September 21. The second event is the 2026 Child Abuse, Neglect and Dependency Options (CANDO) Judicial Conference scheduled for October 26-27, 2026, expecting up to 125 attendees with overnight accommodations for 75 guests on October 25 and 26. The facility must be located within 75 miles of 187 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, with preference given to scenic locations. Final rooming lists and attendee headcounts must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to each event date. Shortlisted offerors will be required to conduct site visits demonstrating compliance with all specified requirements. The successful offeror must provide a dedicated event coordinator and at least two on-site technical support staff members for the duration of each event.

Both events require the facility to be secure, ADA compliant, and offer comprehensive meeting packages including single occupancy overnight accommodations with specified amenities, casual gathering spaces, large and small private meeting/event spaces with advanced audiovisual equipment capable of hybrid sessions or recording, full-service business centers, fitness centers, and on-site parking without shuttle requirements. Food services must include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments with options for special dietary needs (Kosher, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free), while the CANDO conference additionally requires dinner service. Both events require a closing networking reception for the Education Symposium and formal dining accommodations. The facility must have law enforcement support available upon request and maintain compliance with current State of Maryland and Judiciary COVID protocols, including provisions for social distancing and hand sanitizing stations.
