About this file
The document is a pre-proposal meeting presentation for the City of Dallas's Office of Procurement Services, focusing on a solicitation (No. BDZ25-00028165) for General Marketing and Photography Videography Services. The City is seeking proposals for a 60-month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement to support marketing, communication, photography, and videography needs. Proposals are due by 1:00 PM CST on September 5, 2025, with questions accepted until 3:00 PM CST on August 15, 2025. The contract may be awarded to a single vendor capable of delivering all services or multiple vendors specializing in different areas, as determined to be in the City's best interest.
The solicitation includes a local preference program that may consider firms with their principal place of business in Dallas or those meeting specific local workforce composition requirements. Vendors can qualify by having their principal place of business in Dallas, employing at least 100 full-time Dallas residents, or having at least 20% of total full-time employees as Dallas residents. The procurement process will involve buyer review, solicitation advertisement, evaluation, potential negotiations, and final council approval. All proposal submissions and communications must be conducted through the Euna (formerly Bonfire) online solicitation portal, with consistent supplier names matching state registration.
