About this file

This document is a questions and answers (Q&A) addendum for Solicitation 6991PE25Q000007 for an SBRF Landing Platform contract. Key details include contract timing and technical specifications: the contract award is anticipated approximately 2 weeks after solicitation closing, with a 30-day performance period starting upon award. Vendors received clarifications on multiple technical aspects, including Trex decking material color preferences (pebble grey or saddle), hardware mounting stud sizes (5/8" UNC for Duramax fender, 1/2" UNC for UHMWPE pads), and potential flexibility on delivery timelines due to potential long lead time materials. The solicitation submission deadline was extended to September 19, 2025 at 12:00 PDT, with questions accepted until September 11, 2025, and all communications to be emailed to robert.mcdermott@dot.gov and scott.j.lewis.ctr@dot.gov.
