• CAM-17 metals

• Chlorine

• Total Dissolved Solids

• Total Organic Carbons

Maximum number of samples to be tested per year: 24

Contractor must prepare and supply, with the appropriate preservatives as applicable, sample collection kits for the above tests. Contractor must deliver up to four sample collection container kits to SBRF upon request. Contractor must pick up the sample collection containers within 24 hours (except weekends and government holidays) upon notice from

For each potable water sampling, the contractor must provide SBRF a lab analysis report with an original signature of a certified lab technician qualified to analyze and interpret sample testing results. Contractor must provide a written report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) of sample test results within ten (10) days of receipt of the samples from SBRF.

These services must be requested as needed.

Bilge Water

Lab Analysis Services SOW Page 2

Analyze bilge water samples for the pollutants listed in Table 1, City of Benicia Public Owned Treatment Works (POTW) Required Testing, according to the methods and minimum detection limits shown in the table.

Maximum number of sampling events to be tested per year: 10

Contractor must prepare and supply, with the appropriate preservatives as applicable, sample collection kits for the above tests. Contractor must deliver up to four sample collection container kits to SBRF upon request. Contractor must pick up the sample collection containers within 24 hours (except weekends and government holidays) upon notice from

SBRF.

For each bilge water sampling, the contractor must provide SBRF a lab analysis report with an original signature of a certified lab technician qualified to analyze and interpret sample testing results. Contractor must provide a written report to the COR of sample test results within five (5) days of receipt of the samples from SBRF.

These services will be requested as needed.

Storm Water, including Total Metals

Analyze storm water samples for the constituents listed in Table 2, Parameter Benchmark Values. Of the metals listed, testing will be for Total Metals only.

The method for metals shall be Environmental Protection Agency EPA 200.8 (metals) and EPA 1631 (mercury), so that the Practical Quantitation Limits (equipment detection limits) and Reporting limits are equal to or less than the Target Levels/Benchmarks.

Maximum number of samples to be tested per year: 44

Contractor must prepare and supply, with the appropriate preservatives as applicable, sample collection kits for the above tests. Contractor must deliver up to 12 sample collection container kits to SBRF upon request. Contractor must pick up as many as 10 filled sample collection container kits within 24 hours (except weekends and government holidays) upon notice from SBRF. Please do not analyze mercury under EPA 200.8 method and only use method EPA 1631 for mercury analysis.

For each storm water sampling event, the contractor must provide SBRF a lab analysis report with an original signature of a certified lab technician qualified to analyze and interpret sample testing results. Contractor must provide a written report to the COR of sample test results within ten (10) days of receipt of the samples from SBRF. Additionally, contractor msut provide both a reporting limit and a method detection limit for all stormwater sample analysis.

These services will be requested a few days before and immediately following a qualifying rain event.

Storm Water, including Total and Dissolved Metals

Analyze storm water samples for the constituents listed in Table 2, Parameter Benchmark Values. Of the metals listed, testing will be for both Total and Dissolved Metals.

The method for metals shall be EPA 200.8 (metals) and EPA 1631 (mercury), so that the Practical Quantitation Limits (equipment detection limits) are equal to or less than the Benchmark Values (BMVs) and Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs), whichever is less.

Please do not analyze mercury under EPA 200.8 method and only use method EPA 1631 for mercury analysis.
