697DCK-24-R-00514 Fire maintenance SIR Questions and Answers

1) We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. There is an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? The current contract number is 697DCK-19-C-00351.

2) I have a quick question in regards to the 5 and 3 year testing. I know on the previous agreement we gave a price and would bill it separately when the service was completed.

We did that since the services are only due every 3 and 5 years and not yearly. Are you wanting to do that again? If not, do you have a way you would like for us to add this pricing? Include the 5 and 3 year testing price with the year of pricing in which they are due.

Ensure that the annual pricing is divided out evenly per month for each year.
