About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Federal Solicitation for Janitorial Services at the Pittsburgh Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The amendment provides responses to 76 questions submitted by potential offerors, including information about the incumbent contractor, required services, and procurement details.

The solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services 7 days per week at the Pittsburgh ATCT, with a base period of 6/1/2024 to 5/31/2025 and four one-year option periods. The procurement is set-aside for total small businesses, with a site visit on 3/18/2024 (not mandatory) and a proposal due date of 4/2/2024 at 10:00 AM ET. Key details include the incumbent contract number, period of performance, and total contract value; approximate square footage and number of FAA employees; and requirements around supplies, waste management, and work hours. The amendment also clarifies that this is an award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
