Questions/Answers to solicitation 697DCK-24-R-00006

1. Who pays for the dumpsters at all of the locations and can they by used by the janitorial company to dispose of trash?

Yes, the FAA pays for the dumpsters separately. The dumpsters can be used by the janitorial company to dispose of trash that is created at each facility.

2. Who is the incumbent contractor and what is the price being paid to date?

Currently there are two separate contracts in place:

697DCK-19-C-00054 D&K Office Cleaning; covers Groton, Danbury, New Haven and Bridgeport- 697DCK-23-P-00129 Vantage Point Cleaning and Maintenace, Inc; covers BDL ATCT/TRACON in Windsor Locks, and HFT ATCT in Hartford, CT. Where there are so many changes to these specs and consolidating them onto one large contract, the pricing to date is going to be different than what is being paid now.

3. This procurement is a set aside for WOSB companies only. A formal SBA letter will need to be submitted when sending over your solicitation package.
