About this file

This document provides responses to questions regarding a solicitation for janitorial services at multiple Federal Aviation Administration facilities in the Cleveland District. The solicitation seeks a single total small business award to provide janitorial services on a firm-fixed price basis at the Mansfield, Flint, and Ypsilanti air traffic control towers. The incumbent contractor has provided services at the sites through multiple exercised option periods since 2018 under contract number 697DCK-18-C-00119. Site visits were scheduled for April 2023 and questions were due by May 3rd prior to an amended solicitation on Sam.gov. The responses clarify requirements for each site including square footages, numbers of restrooms and appliances, and direct proposers to the statement of work for further details. Pricing and staffing information for the incumbent contract is not provided due to FOIA requirements.
