697DCK-23-R-00137 Answers to Vendor Questions- answers in blue.

Questions relating to current contract:

Current purchase order 697DCK-23-P-00080 with vendor International Support Group. This is a one year PO. Currently monthly cost is $15,305.20. The scope remains the same.

Has the previous scope of work remained the same, decreased, or increased compared to the new solicitation? The scope has been reduced slightly with one fewer facility.

What is the current contract personnel number along with years worked for each site? This information is not available.

How many employees do you require for this project?

That is up to the vendor- the government does not mandate the number of employees, but expects work tasks to be completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Does the contractor need chemical data sheets?

Yes- please see p 29 of the RFQ.

Is there a clearence required for custodial/janitorial employees to be inside the Control tower for window window cleaning and or operational areas?

Personnel working on the contract will need to be clearned for badging. There is no separate requirement for the specific areas mentioned above. Please see p37 of the RFQ.

Other Services (A) "Policing Grounds. Paper, bottles, cans, and all other trash and refuse shall be removed from all grounds, sidewalks, and interior courts within the facility grounds. All removed items shall be deposited in the nearest waste container" Can the Government provide the SQFT of the outside area that requires policing?

What is the approved hours of operation? Is the contractor expected to work evening and/or weekends?

What is the quoted price per square footage (sq/ft) provided by the sub-contractor?

That information is not available.

Is the prime contractor responsible for providing bathroom toiletries and cleaning supplies?

Either the prime or the subcontractor should provide supplies.

Does the contracting office plan to appoint a Technical Point-of-Contact for this contract? Yes there will be a COR/POC for the contract.

Does the government have preference of cleaning supply types?

Cleaning supplies should meet environmental standards as listed in Section I.

In the case of document shredding and disposal of official government documents, how should the contractor proceed?

Document shredding is outside of the scope of this RQP.

Is this contract a LTPA (Lowest Technical Price Acceptable); if not, what is the weighted scale on price vs technical proposal etcetera ?

This is LTPA- please see Sections L and M for details.

What are the number of bathrooms in each of the 3 areas to be served? 1

Can you provide the square footage for each building? This information is not available at this time What are the total number of windows to be cleaned?10 at the Mobile; 4 at the mobile tower- 14 total What is the square footage breakdown for carpet and vinyl? Is there a square footage breakdown for the outside areas? This information is not available at this time

Are schematics or floor plans available? This information is not available at this time.

Do you have the locations of the dumpsters?: There are dumpsters on site at each location.

Is stripping and rewaxing allowed during operational hours or is it required to be accomplished during after duty hours?: After hours

Are there any special window cleaning coverings on the tower windows (ie: films for sun glare)? Yes- sun screens that will need to be cleaned.

Can cleaning be scheduled around high-volume traffic times? If so, what are the high Traffic times? Yes, coordination with Air Traffic will be required.

What (if any) cleaning tools will the government provide? The government will not provide cleaning tools.

Are there any sensitive rooms that the prime contractor will not be allow into and/or restricted from? If so, please indicate the rooms. You will have access to all areas you are responsible for cleaning.
