2. The SOW document states the requirement to “Provide unscheduled waste pickups and any containers upon written request”. Should pricing allow for more than one monthly pick up per site or will unscheduled pickups be covered under a change order? If these requests are not handled by a change order, what would the maximum number of unscheduled requests per year be?

Unscheduled waste pickups should be included only when requested by FAA CO/COR. In the proposal, we expect estimated amount should FAA request unscheduled waste pickup. Maximum number will be determine by CO/COR.

3. Does the customer have a publicly available working list of likely hazardous materials associated with this effort? If so, does the list include asbestos and/or lead?

See above table (these are only estimated type and amounts), yes asbestos and/or lead should be listed as potential waste.

4. What is the typical amount of waste generated by the three sites? Are the current customer waste reports available for viewing? Will heavy equipment (ie, forklifts, front end loaders, etc.) be needed to perform any contract tasks?

See above table (these are only estimated type and amounts), no heavy equipment is available. It is the responsibility of the contractor have the required equipment to perform the SOW.

5. Is this a new requirement or a follow-on to an existing contract? If the latter, can I please find out the incumbent contractor's name and contract number?

This is a follow-on to contract DTFAEN-15-C-00220. The current vendor is Clean Harbors Caribe, Inc.

6. The attachments corresponding with this contract opportunity do not include the “Request for Offers” document referenced on Page 50 of the document named 697DCK-20-R-00278. Where can this document be found?

Page 50 references Section B, which is on page 5, titled “Supplies or Services/Prices.” There is no additional document.

7. The scope description on the contract opportunity page notes the following:

“Please also provide a per-year total for each line item and yearly total and an overall grade total for base and four years.”

Based on the documents provided, there are no line items that can provide a per year total.

Enter the annual total under the “Amount” column F.

8. Is the date referenced in the Customer Satisfaction Survey an example date or is it a pre-requisite for the bid application?

Surveys should be sent in by the final proposal date.

9. Would the customer consider moving the due date?

The due date has been changed to Thursday, June 25 at 5pm Eastern time. Please sign all amendments with your proposal.
