Request for Information (RFI) Response SIR 697DCK-19-R-00070 – Phase I
Q14 – Can we return past performance surveys with our SIR package?
Answer: To clarify Answer to Question 10 on Amendment #2 Past performance survey are to be returned by the reference directly to the Contracting Officer.
However, we will accept past performance surveys with the SIR package if they have been returned directly to the company in lieu of the Contracting Officer. The FAA reserves the right to verify each survey not returned directly by a reference.
Q15 - We would appreciate a reconsideration of your position in your responses to questions 1 and 5. We have received a letter of commitment from an FDaAS equipment manufacturer in which the manufacturer agrees to maintain their authorized dealer relationship with us as a certified installer and systems integrator for at least the next 15 years. They further agree to supply any and all parts and materials and direct technical support needed in the next 15 years to successfully perform on an awarded contract. It is our belief that these conditions meet the intent of the SIR. Under these circumstances, will you be willing to award a contract to an otherwise successful bidder?
Answer: The answer on Amendment 0001 remains unchanged.
