About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the upgrade of four TacFLIR 380-HD cameras for the FAA Mobile Surveillance Capable (MSC) system. The objective is to enhance the cameras' capabilities to match the next-generation MSC-Lite system by performing comprehensive upgrades including: 1) IR Sensor upgrade involving new detector installation, calibration, and temperature adjustment, 2) Electro-Optical (EO) Camera upgrade with new detector, optics, and mounting hardware, 3) Software update from P/N 4134232-802.11.0 to P/N 4218566-802.11.0, and 4) various settings changes such as laser firing region updates and digital video output adjustment. Additional tasks include blending offsets alignment, infinity focus implementation, hardware modifications, cleaning, and a thorough purge and pressurization process. The government will provide seven older TacFLIR 380-HD cameras, and no security clearance is required to complete the task. The point of contact is Jyoji R. Kise, FAA MSC-L System Engineer, with the deliverable being four upgraded cameras configured to the current MSC-L system configuration.
