Reference: Section L.2 Proposal Preparation Instructions, Table L.2-1 Proposal Volume Requirements, L.5 Technical Proposal, and M.7 Technical Evaluation.

Discussion: Section L.2 and Table L.2-1 indicate that there are four required Volumes with Volume III being past performance. L.5 and M.7 indicate that past performance is Factor 4 of Volume II, Technical Proposal and there is no reference to a Volume III.

Question: Please clarify the number of volumes and desired location of past performance, in Volume III or Volume II, Factor 4.

Past Performance is part of Volume II, the Request for Proposal will be amended to reflect this change, and with this change reference to Volume IV for Cost/Price Proposal will also be amended in the Request for Proposal to Volume III.
