| Organize, supervise, manage, and direct contractor employees in the performance of the task orders described in the Statement of Work (SOW). Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for Contracting Officer (CO)/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and FAA program office. Experience in planning, tracking, managing and reporting for numerous classes in multiple locations (sometimes simultaneously); tracking funding and expenses; and problem tracking, reporting, and resolution. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall technical performance and management of task orders, along with instructor recruitment and scheduling. Conducts needs analysis of groups, processes, jobs, tools, or products to identify performance requirements of training and curricula. Determines appropriate design to ensure that training products are instructionally and educationally sound and develops training materials based on results of content research conducted with subject matter experts and customers. Selects and provides guidance on use of various types of media to be integrated into training products. Delivers training courses supporting specific FAA business needs and provides guidance to vendor's instructors. Proficient in the design and development of html/shtml documents compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, with an understanding and familiarity of E-Business practices, JAVA, Perl, and FrontPage extensions. Formulates concept and creates illustrations and detail from models, sketches, memory, written or verbal instructions, and imagination. Selects type, draws lettering, and lays out material. | Teaches courses in one or more subjects. Serves as a subject matter expert for new course development or customization. Prepares instructional program in accordance with training or other course requirements, assembling materials to be presented. Instructs students in the theoretical and practical aspects covering the subjects being taught. Utilizes such teaching methods as individual coaching, group discussions, lectures, demonstrations, seminars, and workshops. Selects or develops teaching aids such as wall charts, prepared notes, tape recordings, radio, television, films, film strips, and training handbooks. Supervises practical work carried out by students, and assists them at points of difficulty. Tests students to evaluate their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of instruction.
