Maritime Organization Net Zero Framework Amendment No. 2
The purpose for this amendment is to respond to the following questions.
Question-2.
In the RFP (here attached) you mention 2 different deadlines - one is the June 3rd and the other one is "within 20 days from the publication of this notice". Could you please verify that June 3rd is the deadline?
Response-2.
The deadline for proposal submission is 3 June 2026.
Question-3.
You said that the maximum pages shall be twelve (12). First we have an issue with creating a descent/technical proposal within than limit - usually it is 15 pages or 18 pages. Our proposal will be 15 pages which include cover page (1), table of contents (1) and one page for the short resumes of our team. We cannot create a descent professional proposal within 7-8 pages especially if we want to attach important images of our previous actual work with MARAD and outside MARAD.
Response-3.
Applicants may submit as much material as desired, but only the first 12 pages will be reviewed per the page limitation in the RFP.
Question-4.
Reaching out to request a copy of the general terms and conditions of the Federal award made under the MARAD NZF RFP:
Response-4.
