The technical requirements include 2 washing drums, 2 centrifuge cups, a solvent test kit, centrifuge cup papers, and all necessary safety equipment. The device must operate on standard U.S. power systems and accommodate 208V. Installation and setup are required at a facility in Sevierville, TN, with operational verification through sample testing to within +/- 0.1% accuracy. The supplier must provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and network, including initial training on maintenance, calibration, and safety procedures, with a one-year warranty. This procurement is part of a brand name justification for an Infratest USA GTR Model Asphalt Analyzer, being pursued by the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration.
