The amendment provides responses to questions from potential offerors, including clarifying the number of anticipated IDIQ awards, the use of the term "teams", and the acceptability of past performance for IDIQ contracts. It also extends the proposal due date from March 26 to April 9, 2024. All other solicitation requirements remain unchanged.
