About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the OR WA NP MULTI PMS(1) Pavement Preservation Oregon and Southern Washington federal contract opportunity. The document contains one general question posed by an inquirer regarding the absence of prequalified contractor locations in the solicitation, comparing it to similar information provided in solicitation ID FLAP FS SC MULTI(1) Custer Motorway Stabilization Project. The inquirer requested disclosure of this information.
The contracting officer's response, dated January 20, 2026, directs the inquirer to an updated link in the SAM posting Description referencing the Western Region Pavement Preservation MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract) at https://highways.dot.gov/federallands/business/constructioncontracting/west-region-pavement-pres. The answer specifies that the locations of the IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) Contractors are listed at that referenced link, thus providing the requested information through an alternative source rather than directly in the solicitation document.

# General Technical Question Answer Date

I was wondering why this solicitation does not include the prequalified contractor's locations like in solicitation ID FLAP FS SC MULTI(1) Custer
Motorway Stabilization Project, and curious if that information could be disclosed?
I have updated the link in the “Description” of the SAM posting to the Western Region
Pavement Pres MATOC:
https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/business/construction-contracting/west-region-pavement-pres.
The locations of the IDIQ Contractors are listed at that link.
