3 X This solicitation requests a sub‐contracting plan be submitted with the proposal, when prior MATOC solicitations have revised this to being submitted before award by only the low bidder. Is that again going to be the case?
This will be addressed under Amendment A003. 1/9/2024
4 X Does the government plan to add pay items for option x such as mobilization, testing, survey, etc. for the additional work as the work is different in scope then the base schedule?

7 X
Based on the requirements Subsection 407.10, we’re assuming the 500 total cubic yards only applies to GRBA, and there are no other locations to dispose of the aggregate sweepings other than GRBA. Are we required to haul and salvage off of the National Park property at Arches, Cedar Breaks, and Zion?
In accordance with the last sentence of FP‐14 Subsection 407.10, dispose of material according to Subsections 203.05(a) and (d). This includes any GRBA material that exceeds the 500 cubic yards to be salvaged.
