In response to your answer to my first question.
I know what the permanent pavement markings are.
However, that is not what I asked for clarification on. I asked for the” spec for the yellow/white traffic paint” . For example: is it waterbase/latex or alkyd or epoxy etc…? Who is the manufacture? Depending on the spec, I will figure out what product to quote/use for the project. That is the information I am requesting.
Bid item description designates PAVEMENT MARKINGS, TYPE D, SOLID
(YELLOW) and PAVEMENT MARKINGS, TYPE D (WHITE)
See FP‐14 subsection 634.01 pavement marking designations.
Type D is Epoxy markings with type 1 beads.
For material specification for Epoxy Marking please refer to the FP‐14
Subsection 718.11 Epoxy Markings
