4 X

It was discussed at the show‐me trip that normally Federal Highways gets the SWPPP permit and the contractor hires a certified monitor ‐ but for this case since Braidy will be onsite most of the time, maybe he could do the SWPPP monitoring. (I can go either way, but hiring a consultant will cost a lot of money compared to Braidy already being there....)

please see SCR 157 Soil Erosion and Sediment Control.

Please bid accordingly

Concrete Parking Curbs ‐ Sheet E4 states: Variations ‐ CO Approval I am asking for approval of a standard in town 8 ft long parking curb (geometry change ‐ beveled on both sides). We can cast the color into these as per the contract specs.

The Government will not be evaluating proposed design changes before contract award. Please submit bids according to the solicitation documents.

UTV ‐ We are to furnish... To clarify, is this our property or the government's property when the contract is over?

I would like to add to my question 4 for the UTV. Spec says max width is 62.5”. (These are hard to find!). A common width is 63” wide ‐ can we stretch the spec an extra 1/2 inch?

will be addressed under Amendment A002 6/29/22
