I didn’t see a submittal log with the solicitation.

Will the Contractor have to create the submittal log for FHWA review and approval upon

Contract award?

The first paragraph of Subsection 155.07 requires the Contractor to prepare a submittal log in a format approved by the

CO. Note that the CO will not be evaluating the Contractor’s submittal log format(s) before contract award, so please submit bids according to the solicitation documents.

On Sheet I.3 in the Sign system list at

Northing/Easting 182517.00/674785.00 &

182517.00/674794.00, they each require a custom Reserved parking or No Parking Sign but call for the signs to be removeable. Can you specify what you mean by removable? Do they need specific hardware that makes the signs removeable from the post or are they looking for a post that is not anchored below ground so the whole post/sign set up is removeable? Do you have a detail for what you require for this?

The Government will not be providing additional details or specifications for the

TLRA‐9 removable sign shown on Sheet

I.22. Comply with the material requirements under FP‐14 Subsection

633.02 and submit bids according to the solicitation documents.
