About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for vault toilet construction services. The amendment revises the salient characteristics for an acceptable prefabricated vault toilet to specify ISO 9001 certification for the manufacturer as well as PCI or NPCA certification for the manufacturing plant. It also modifies the qualification requirements for fabricators to designate a PCI-certified plant. The solicitation is for the MT PRA GLAC 10(46) GTSR - Big Bend Vault Toilet Construction project managed by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. The services required include furnishing a pre-engineered, precast reinforced concrete vault toilet facility designed to last 20 years, meeting specified load limits and architectural standards for integration into Glacier National Park.
