About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for a highway construction project. The project involves hot mix asphalt paving, striping, shoulder rock, and other work along 8 miles of Hines Logging Road in Harney County, Oregon. The amendment revises the commencement and completion dates, pushing back the tentative completion from Summer 2020 to July 2020. It also classifies the project as a small business set-aside and estimates the price to be between $1 million and $2 million. Preliminary plans and additional information are provided electronically on the federal procurement system for interested vendors to review in preparation for the solicitation planned for winter/spring 2020.

(c) Exceptions to this prohibition are located at 9.108-2.

(d) In the event the Contractor becomes wither an inverted domestic corporation, or a subsidiary of an inverted domestic corporation during contract performance, the Contractor shall give written notice to the Contracting Officer within five business days from the date of the inversion event.
