MT DAR 2019(1) & MT Teton 144(1) Defense Access Roads FY 2019 & North Fork Project

# General Technical Question Answer Date

1 X

With regard to Typical Sections Sheet 1 of 3, Sheet C‐2, we are to regrade existing ditches to a 17' Max. With this much disturbance are we required to obtain a SWPPP Permit? We will exceed the footage of a maintenance road project.

The project will not be disturbing enough area to warrant a SWPPP. The majority of the shoulder work along the length of the project will be to break up vegetated material on shoulders and 3 feet down foreslopes. Any areas where ditch work is wider will be verified by the CO according to Section 303.03A.
