About this file

This document is a Response Summary for Request for Information (RFI) No. 6902 issued by the State of Illinois. The RFI invites submissions from respondents to provide facility information, including building details, lease terms, and proposed tenant improvements, for the State's potential lease of office space. Key details include the proposed lease term of five years with five-year renewal options, and the respondent's intent to provide either full compliance with the Building Program Standards or certain limited improvements at the sole cost and expense of the lessor. The document also includes a Tenant Improvement Cost sample template outlining the estimated permanent and temporary improvement costs, as well as the rental schedule, base rent, and any inducements offered.

The Response Summary provides information on the respondent's status as a fee simple owner or site controller, the building's location and characteristics, parking availability, and proposed services and maintenance responsibilities. The document acknowledges receipt of any RFI amendments and the respondent's agreement to comply with the Tenant Space Configurations and Building Program Standards. The respondent has the opportunity to claim various preferences under the Illinois Procurement Code. The respondent also indicates whether the response is contingent upon acceptance of any non-standard language and whether confidential treatment is being sought for portions of the response.
