This document is an Addendum Two for Invitation to Bid (ITB) Number 6866 OF issued by the State of Nebraska, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB) for the purpose of providing Autel Brand Drones, Associated Accessories, and any required Air Data needed to keep the Nebraska State Patrol Drone Program operational. The addendum addresses questions received from bidders, including requests for more detailed descriptions of the 35 trade-in drones and clarification on the quantity of 6 AirData UAV Enterprise Fleet Management Software licenses. The ITB is scheduled to be opened on March 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

The contract resulting from this ITB will not be an exclusive contract, as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, and other salient information are not provided in this addendum. The State's responses to the questions received indicate that the trade-in drones include 3 Autel 640T drones, 30 Autel Evo 2 drones, and 2 Autel Evo 2 enterprise drones, and that the 6 AirData licenses are for the 6 new drones being added to the program.

Description of Equipment required: Line Item 8 specifies ‘trade in allowances’ for 3 drones: “3- Autel 640T drones, 30-Autel Evo 2 drones, 2-autel evo 2 enterprise drones”. It is unclear to me which models specifically (and in turn therefore, what trade in value cost can be attributed to each one) because Autel evo 2 drones have sub-categories of drones, each with their own cost). Is it possible to get a more detailed description of those 35 drones so that I can accurately work with Autel on the trade in value requested?

For example:

o 3-Autel 640T drones: Rugged, RTK or Enterprise bundle?

o 30-Autel Evo 2 drones: 8k, Pro or

3 Autel 640T Version 2 are Enterprise Bundles 16 Autel Evo II Version 1 are 6K Rugged Bundles 14 Autel Evo II Version 2 are 6K Rugged Bundles 2 Autel Evo II Ent Version 2 are 6K Pro Enterprise

640T models? Rugged, RTK or Enterprise bundle?

o 2-autel evo 2 enterprise drones:

Pro or 640T models?

Can you clarify what the "Quantity of 6 AirData UAV Enterprise Fleet Management Software - Yearly per Aircraft for a total between 50 and 99" is referring to for the quantity of 6?

AirData software licensing supports multiple aircraft, users, and pilots on a single license. Is this for 6 years of subscription?

All AirData license are per drone and unlimited users. We are adding 6 new drones.

This Addendum will become part of the ITB and should be acknowledged with the Invitation to Bid.
