About this file

This is a cost matrix document for RFP 65DPS-S3082 from the Nevada Department of Public Safety's Records, Communications and Compliance Division, specifically for the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History. The document outlines various categories of disposition record retrieval services, including records for arrests occurring before and after December 31, 1990, behind-the-counter searches, and third-party services for arrest dispositions, document searches, and court documentation research.

The project involves retrieving dispositions for approximately 2,047,616 individual charges with a total project budget of $1,196,903. The document notes that criminal justice agencies should not charge fees for disposition retrieval as they are required by statute 179A.070 to submit criminal history records to the Central Repository. The matrix is structured for vendors to provide unit prices and extended prices for each service category, though specific quantities are listed as "TBD" (To Be Determined) for all line items.
