About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project to upgrade campus security exterior lighting at the Roseburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Roseburg, Oregon. The project requires an Architect/Engineer (A/E) team to assess existing lighting fixture locations, produce a comprehensive design, and replace non-LED lights with new LED lighting systems, in accordance with the Correct Campus Security Deficiencies report and VA security guidelines.
Key project requirements include developing design submittals at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% stages, with specific deliverables and review periods for each phase. The A/E team must include a Certified Physical Security Specialist, provide drawings in PDF and AutoCAD formats, assess existing circuit loads, and verify feeder sizes. The project timeline spans approximately 180 days from Notice to Proceed, with an estimated 240-day construction period. Payment will be milestone-based, with percentages of the design fee paid upon completion of each design submission and construction period services.
