Insurance requirements include Comprehensive Commercial General Liability with minimum limits of $300,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and $100,000 per occurrence for property damage, along with Automobile Liability coverage at similar thresholds. Successful bidders must provide an eighteen-month warranty on all work and materials and comply with the City's Contract Compliance Policy regarding equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination practices.
