This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Period of Performance for this requirement from time of award to 12 months. See attached justification and approval. The solicitation number is N000152011431 and is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.

Note: New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and offeror must be an authorized manufacture’s reseller. TAA compliant.

IAW FAR 52.212-2; Evaluation - Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Best Value.
IAW 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM) Registration, the offeror must be registered in SAM and fully input their Representations and Certifications for a complete record. Information can be found at http://www.beta.sam.gov. 52.204-13 - System for Award Management Maintenance
Submitted Quotes will be valid for 30 days after submission.
No multiple awards will be made. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded on a Price and a Best Value basis.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), not an invitation for bid (IFB).).
