This is a Scope of Work document for the Pascagoula-Gautier School District located in Pascagoula, Mississippi, detailing a replacement project for athletic lighting systems. The project encompasses lighting replacement at the PHS (Pascagoula High School) football field, baseball field, and softball field facilities. The work involves the complete removal of existing lighting infrastructure and installation of new LED lighting systems designed to meet current standards for athletic facility illumination. Sealed offers are solicited from qualified contractors, with submissions directed to the Pascagoula-Gautier School District at 1006 Community Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567. The project specifications require contractors to provide comprehensive lighting design, materials, labor, and installation services to ensure all three athletic facilities receive uniform, high-quality illumination suitable for competitive play and televised events.

The document establishes technical requirements for the lighting system performance, including specifications for light levels, uniformity, color temperature, and electrical infrastructure necessary to support LED fixtures across all three fields. Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar athletic lighting installations and provide detailed project timelines, equipment specifications, and maintenance plans. The scope includes site preparation, electrical upgrades, fixture installation, and commissioning of all systems. Pricing should be submitted as a firm, fixed-price bid covering all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for project completion. The school district will evaluate proposals based on technical qualifications, cost, proposed schedule, and contractor experience with educational athletic facility projects in the region.
