About this file

This is a contractor rate schedule submitted by Doe Demolition, Inc. for the City of Detroit Demolition Program project at 6002 Belvidere in Michigan, involving the removal and replacement of fill material at a residential property. The scope of work includes two primary phases: excavation and load out of non-hazardous fill material and debris, and backfill, grading, and site finalization. The excavation phase encompasses mobilization, disposal of fill material and other debris at an estimated 605 tons, and potential disposal of foundations and footings. The backfill phase includes mobilization, installation of backfill material below 12 inches at an estimated 425 tons, topfill material for the top 12 inches at an estimated 180 tons, sidewalk replacement for 5 flags, and site cleanup including seed and straw application. All estimated unit quantities are subject to variation based on actual site conditions, and the City reserves the right to assign work in whole or in part to different vendors.

Doe Demolition, Inc., with principal contact Jane Doe serving as President, submitted this fee schedule with all unit rates listed at $0.00, resulting in a grand total cost of $0.00 for evaluation purposes. The rate schedule indicates that unit rates include all personnel, materials, transportation to and from the site, administrative costs, overhead, and profit. The contractor is eligible for only one mobilization occurrence per property unless otherwise directed by the City. Compensation will be based solely on actual quantities of material removed and replaced using the submitted unit rates, not on the estimated quantities provided in the fee schedule. Hazardous material disposal is subject to a percentage markup on costs.
