About this file

This is a bid items spreadsheet for drilling services associated with geothermal wells and facilities under Energy Conservation and Management Oversight administered by the State of New Mexico. The document establishes 157 line items for which bidders must provide unit pricing across a comprehensive range of services and equipment rental. Services encompass derrick rig operations, mobilization and standby costs, wellhead support systems, coiled tubing operations, cementing equipment and materials, wireline services including perforating and logging, fiber optic installation, packer and tubing work strings, heavy equipment rental, drilling rig services, field personnel, vehicle transportation, fluid sampling and analysis, core drilling operations, and laboratory testing. Bidders are not permitted to modify quantities, units of measure, item descriptions, or add or delete items; all modifications must be documented solely in comments sections for clarification purposes and must conform strictly to the Invitation to Bid document requirements.

Pricing must be provided for each line item in the specified unit of measure, ranging from hourly rates for equipment and labor to per-mile costs for mobilization and transportation. The final line item (Item 157) allows bidders to offer percentage discounts on materials and supplies provided by the vendor but not included on the price agreement. The spreadsheet includes a comprehensive dropdown menu of acceptable units of measure, including hours, days, miles, barrels, feet, sacks, and various other standard commercial measurements. Bidders are instructed that any comments failing to conform to ITB requirements will be disregarded and excluded from award consideration. Approximate quantities provided are estimates only and do not establish definite quantity commitments; actual quantities purchased may vary during contract performance.
