About this file
This document is a State Certifications form from Laredo Independent School District (Laredo ISD) detailing multiple mandatory vendor certifications under Texas Government Code and federal regulations. The document requires vendors to certify compliance with various state laws concerning boycotts, terrorist organizations, employment practices, and business conduct, including specific provisions about Israel, energy companies, firearm industries, and minority business participation.
The certifications cover several key areas: vendors must affirm they do not boycott Israel, are not associated with foreign terrorist organizations, will not assist employees involved in sexual misconduct, do not discriminate against firearm entities, and commit to encouraging participation by small, minority, and women-owned businesses. The document also includes requirements for federal procurement, such as avoiding contracts with debarred parties and complying with antitrust laws. Vendors must initial and sign each section, indicating their agreement to these terms, which apply to contracts valued at $100,000 or more with ten or more full-time employees.
