About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the procurement of an Intercomp AC100 Wireless Jack Weigh System for the C-5 Pylon Wing Interface (PWI) structural repair program at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The system is required to support 18-point jacking for zero-loading wing structures during aircraft maintenance, with the contract specifying the purchase of multiple components including 3 AC100 RFX CPUs, 57 wireless radio modules, 36 compression canisters, load cell adapters, and associated equipment.
The SOW outlines specific technical requirements, including wireless capabilities with 200 ft indoor and 300 ft line-of-sight communication, ability to store calibration data, interchangeable load cells, and a hardened CPU capable of displaying weights from up to 18 load cells. The contract includes a 24-month extended warranty, equipment familiarization training, and requires delivery of all equipment within 90 days of order, with an expedited request for 1 CPU and 20 radio modules by September 1, 2025. The total contract will be delivered to C-5 PSC Building 125 at Robins Air Force Base, with a total contract value spread across multiple contract line items (CLINs) for different system components.

1 SCOPE. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required to procure the Intercomp AC100 Wireless Jack Weigh System, all required components, warranty, and technical support. This system is needed to support the C-5 Pylon Wing Interface (PWI) structural repair program at Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM), Robins AFB, Georgia.
1.1 Background. The purpose of the PWI Program is to permanently repair the wing forward beam lower spar caps at all PWI locations. Prior to conducting the structural repairs, 18-point jacking is required to zero-load the wing structures on one C-5 aircraft. The C-5 PDM does not currently have an operational Jack-Weigh system to complete the required tasks. This repair will be required for the entire C-5M fleet, which requires multiple systems and equipment.
