About this file

This is a vendor onboarding notification letter from Marion County, Florida, regarding the PaymentWorks registration system for vendors providing pumping, vacuum truck, and high-pressure water jetting services at multiple Solid Waste locations. The contract involves routine pumping of leachate tanks, truck wash tanks, condensate tanks, grit tanks, and a wet well, along with emergency callout availability. The selected vendor will be responsible for offsite disposal of all collected material under a two-year contract with three optional one-year renewal periods.

Marion County requires vendors to register and manage their business information through PaymentWorks, the county's official secure vendor portal. During registration, vendors may select payment methods including ACH direct deposit or check payment. Existing vendors who have previously conducted business with Marion County are not required to register to continue operations; however, any updates to company information such as address, email, or banking details must be completed through PaymentWorks. Registration delays or failure to update information may result in payment delays. PaymentWorks support is available through the help portal at https://help.paymentworks.com/contactsupport, and Marion County Procurement can be contacted at Procurement@MarionFL.org for additional questions regarding the vendor onboarding process.
