About this file
This document is an EXHIBIT C-2 Price Proposal Sheet for an Independent Cost Estimator (ICE) Services contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four. The scope of work includes providing ICE services for a project along the SR-869 and I-95 corridor. The contract requires direct labor classifications such as Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Senior Estimator, Estimator, Scheduler, and Administrative Support, with estimated hours provided for each role. Bidders must provide hourly rates that include all associated costs, and there will be no additional payment for travel expenses or overtime. The contract opportunity is open to registered vendors in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system, and all out-of-state companies must be authorized to do business in Florida.
The pricing proposal requires bidders to enter their proposed hourly rates for each labor classification, and a formula will calculate the total proposed cost. The contract is subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee, and the selected vendor must comply with non-discrimination statutes and authorities, as well as the State's Inspector General requirements.

EXHIBIT C-PRICE PROPOSAL SHEET
SECTION 1. DIRECT LABOR CLASSIFICATIONS
1. Direct Labor Classifications:
a. Hourly Rates (Rate per Unit) must include all associated costs, including but not limited to, overhead, fringe benefits, travel, and operating margin. All costs associated with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Accounting, and Financial Management are not billable as separate items. Overtime is not billable.
b)There will be no additional payment outside the hourly rate in section “a” for travel expenses or per diem for work. There will be no payment for personnel or equipment mobilized to District Four.
Instructions: Enter your bid price in the column titled, “Rate per Unit” for each item listed in this section. The column titled, "Proposed Cost (Rate per Unit X Est. No. of Units)," contains a formula that will round the value entered into "Rate per Unit" to the nearest cent (two decimal places), then multiply it by the "Estimated Number of Units" (e.g. =(ROUND(F7,2))*E7). This will prevent miscalculations due to fractions of a cent.
