About this file
This is a Non-Conflict of Interest certification form for offerors responding to the Colorado Rollback Electric Tow Truck contract opportunity. The document serves as an attestation by prospective bidders regarding their organizational conflicts of interest and eligibility to participate in the procurement process. The form requires offerors to certify that they have no conflicting financial interests, organizational relationships, or other circumstances that would compromise their ability to perform the contract objectively or create unfair competitive advantages.
The certification requires signatories to declare under penalty of perjury that their organization has disclosed all known conflicts of interest and has implemented appropriate measures to mitigate any identified conflicts. Offerors must confirm their understanding of conflict of interest regulations and their commitment to maintaining ethical standards throughout the contract performance period. This document is a mandatory submission requirement for bid consideration and establishes the offeror's compliance with Colorado's procurement integrity standards.
