About this file
Exhibit E: Contract Performance Outside of the US or Colorado
This document is an exhibit to a Colorado state and local contract opportunity for a Rollback Electric Tow Truck and establishes guidelines regarding contract performance outside the United States or Colorado. The exhibit outlines the permissible scope of work that may be performed beyond state and national boundaries, specifying conditions under which contractors may conduct activities externally while maintaining compliance with contract requirements. The document serves as a contractual clarification mechanism to define geographic limitations and exceptions for the performance of contracted services related to the electric tow truck procurement.
The exhibit functions as a regulatory framework addressing jurisdictional considerations for contract execution. It establishes parameters that contractors must follow when any portion of work, manufacturing, service delivery, or related activities occurs outside Colorado or the continental United States. This provision is particularly relevant to procurement of specialized vehicles or equipment that may involve manufacturing, testing, or components sourced internationally, and ensures that the procuring entity maintains appropriate oversight and control over contract performance regardless of geographic location while balancing practical realities of modern supply chains and manufacturing processes.
