About this file
This is a Non-Conflict of Interest exhibit document associated with the Coiled Aluminum - CCi Tag Plant contract opportunity in Colorado. The document establishes the conflict of interest disclosure requirements and certifications that prospective bidders must complete as part of their proposal submission. Bidders are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, financial interests, or relationships that could compromise their ability to perform the contract impartially or create conflicts with state or local government operations. The exhibit functions as a mandatory compliance document that ensures competitive fairness and transparency in the procurement process.
The exhibit requires bidders to certify that they have no disqualifying conflicts of interest and to disclose any existing or potential conflicts that could affect contract performance. This document is a standard procurement safeguard that protects the integrity of the bidding process and ensures that selected vendors can operate without conflicts that might impair their objectivity or create ethical concerns. Completion and submission of this certification is typically a prerequisite for bid acceptance and contract award consideration.
